Most requests are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. More complex tasks can vary quite a bit. Simply ask us for an estimated time and we'd be happy to give one!
Our standard fulfillment hours are 9am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday. Some of our team is located globally and may fulfill requests at slightly different times.
On the Growth plan, design files (Figma) are provided by your designer or team. On the Pro plan we provide design files (Figma).
We consider a priority request something that needs completed within 24hrs or less. If you submit a priority request we stop working on any other active requests you have placed and put all our attention on the priority request.
